Who should I send to represent my company?
DIA is not your father's dental conference. The attendees are largely made up of the next generation of dentists who are technologically and socially driven. Sending your most lively, vibrant, engaging, and outside-the-box-thinking representative will pay dividends. In the past, the most successful tables engaged with Virtual Reality, Beer Pong, giveaways, or just eccentric personalities.
Will I have co-branding in DIA materials?
Of course - but to what degree is dependent on which sponsorship tier is selected. Other factors that are dependent on the selected tier: the number of tickets/reps provided, the amount of space provided, etc.
Can I send displays, materials to the location beforehand?
Absolutely. Sponsor setup will be held on Thursday, December. 2 from 5pm to 7pm. Any materials that need to be shipped beforehand and held at the hotel can be coordinated with The Grandy Hyatt Buckhead and shipped to:
Grand Hyatt Hotel / Dental Influencers Alliance Conference
Exhibitor tear-down will be held from 5:45pm to 7pm on Saturday, December 4 following the closing of the conference.
